Ba xr6 turbo Ute,engine loom had to be replaced …mine is a manual,can I use a auto engine loom

Hi there 

iv got a 2003 ba turbo ute

it has the 6 speed manual

it had a flash fire resulting in destroying the engine loom

 

my question is ….. iv got a auto engine loom,it had the fat round transmission plug ……. Can I still use this and just find the reverse wires.
