Yeah my car is still overboosting hitting 10psi, on a stock tune, is that due to the mods I’ve done and is that bad?

yes, you shouldn't run a stock tune with mods that change fuel flow or exhaust flow characteristics... some air-flow characteristics can be changed.

Oh okay, I just asked my mechanic about changing my valve  springs and he said it will cost 2000-2500 for the install. But I’ve read every else people say 600-700 for labour and about 400 for the springs. If anyone could help with advice would be helpful

that's a ridiculous price... buy the valve springs and retainers and get a cheaper mechanic to quote you for the labour.

tell him he's wrong, as you don't need to remove the head to change the valve springs... yeah, that's a fairly average price, 800-1400 depending on labour rates and the purchase price of the valve springs.

And how do you remove the valve springs and install new ones without removing the head?

you use a tool that holds the valves in place via a pressure connection that goes into the spark plug hole that pushes against the valves falling into the cylinders... this same tool is usually used to also compress the springs to get the retainers out and put the new springs and retainers without having to stuff about too much with clamps or something else equally dodgy haha
