I got my diff bushes replaced and noticed this

Hi, This is my first post on the forum and I'm needing some advice.

I recently got all the diff bushes replaced and I had a peek under the car after and noticed this

The car is a Ba XR6.

 

Im just wondering is this normal or has the workshop bodged the job?

there shouldn't even be a donut there... it's a bolt that goes through a bushing that's inside a cylindrical hole in the rear subframe...

it's supposed to look something like this (without the weld around the top edge of the circular bit)

Neg. early B series have this counter weight, it’s common

but flopping around not so common lol 

Take it back

yeah, I'm sure you're right... it does look old enough in his pic to be factory but yeah, you don't need it with a decent bush setup
