Not sure if this is the right section but I have some 245 35z r20 inch wheels that wont spin on the front of my 2006 BF Falcon, the ones that were on it are the same size and the contact point on the tyre has already been rubbed off so they spin. Both old tyres have been worn equally but is it possible to shift the suspension knuckle where it hits back or up a few mm?

you don't shift the knuckle, you use a spacer to move the wheel outwards a few millimetres... or you shave the knuckle with an angle-grinder if you want to get really agricultural.

Have a look at the space between the rotor and the rim at the top, where the rim attaches to the rotor, with the wheel nuts barely nipped up. If it's tiny then you don't have far to go, if there is more than a mm or two then you're probably SOL.

This could be and probably is the right way to go. Grinding is fine but use common sense.
