Check out Maxx Performance posts on Facebook. Zane has welded a few of these and with his territory originally. 6mm plate on a 45° from the drivers side of the bush housing and a small plate on the passenger side also. This is from my fading memory...

I've recently pulled out the IRS to do bushes, no hoist, just used ramps for front and stands at rear, got it plenty high enough to drop and pull clear with 2 trolley jacks, it's not that difficult if you're reasonably handy with a spanner.

I used some timber between jacks and IRS to get correct angle as the rear of car was higher than the front.

My guess would be diff bolt. But I have zero experience with pushing the limits of the diff and diff supports so no idea really 🤣

have seen a lot of posts on club fg on fb of people breaking the diff bolt

generally the diff bolt snaps when you just put in a stronger than stock diff bush, so I'd suspect it'd be the weak link straight away if you re-inforce it... if you swap it out to a twin bush setup, that takes away a huge chunk of that problem

I don't like the twin bush setup, it caused a heap of NVH issues in my G6ET. I'll give the strengthening of the bush housing a go first. I'd say the most problems are caused from the loading and unloading of the driveline, like axle tramp or in manuals.
