So here's the back story. I did a defensive driving course, and afterwards on the drive home I noticed the cruise control wouldn't turn on. When I got home I noticed my brake lights were also constantly on. I temporarily fixed the brake light issue by putting a cap on the end of the brake light switch. However my cruise control still isn't working. I'm looking to fix the problem but don't know if a new switch will fix it seeing though the switch is working with the cap on it. Cheers for any info you can provide.
