It'll often do it when changing from first to reverse or vice versa. If I give the accel a kick (in neutral) the revs go up, then way down to the point that the car either stalls, or comes very close to stalling. I believe I have checked the O2 sensor and TPS correctly with Torque and a OBD-II Bluetooth Device. The cat is no good but I don't think it's blocked. It's very intermittent and I have never had a chance to look at the TPS reading when it happens. 13.7% to 78% it read I remember correctly.
