Honestly I don’t know... haven’t been a big fan of DW’s in the past but I haven’t used the new one personally so it could be the new best thing !

be mindful the Walbro ratings are always honest and boosting a 525 to 18-20v would push it well into the 600’s too

@JETURBO guessing a 525 would be a no-brainer as a lift pump feeding dual pierburgs?

Edit

I notice plaz only sells the 535 / F90000295 without the check valve, no good for standard application, correct?

It’s actually imho way too big as a lift for the effort involved to fit it

a Walbro 400 E85 pump requires zero wiring upgrades and will supply feed to a surge in great volumes.

remember surge pumps return to surge so it’s not required to have a massive lift pump

Fuel starve on a dyno is typically due to the rail emptying due to outgoing pumps not keeping up ... Typically not an empty surge.

This caters for 99% of all applications... a full race circuit car is a different story and would benefit from as big of a lift pump as you can get

This is all you need for e85 lift pump.

Hypothetically, if you wanted to wanted to go all out to avoid heating of fuel would it be possible to run return to main tank and have a big arse lift pump

or plain not practical?

@Romulus apologies for hijacking thread

Weren't you M6 something something before?

Stink hole has a point and I use smaller lift pumps for single Pierbergs

but for twins I go the biggest without having to do crazy extra stuff just to make work correctly
