Hey guys, been a minute... pulled the car apart around a year ago and taking it pretty slow getting things done. Damage was bad, threw away pretty much everything.

Got a short block prepared from my original block to the car with a spool kit, head serviced. Attomic mlsd head gasket, arp head studs, crow springs, all genuine timing parts with an Attomic crank sprocket. I'm aiming to get the engine back in the car over the Christmas break.

Cars up and running again. It appears sitting for over a year with e85 has killed both lift and surge pumps. Ive borrowed a module out of another car and bypassed the surge to confirm my suspicion. So will chase up new pumps when thing reopen. Other than that, no funny noises, no cel, no leaks, good oil pressure. Mind at ease at this point.e32bb3fda5bf3f24e0d4792b25ef4ee2.jpg
