Raptor_Z Member 43 Member For: 4y 3m 9d Posted 29/12/19 05:14 AM Author Share Posted 29/12/19 05:14 AM Ok fellows I ran the scan on the car and just one error popped up “PO729” INCORRECT GEAR 6 RATIO I drove it on 6th gear with performance mode as well and tried to shift real hard but nothing happened Run live diagnostic while driving to check COOLANT TEMP it went to 100c Max but nothing happened do you guyz reckon it’s going into Lymp mode just because of that error? A shop can check the fluid level and condition for peace of mind but if you haven't had your battery checked I would highly recommend it. I had an issue in mine fixed by changing the ignition coils for example (not saying yours are at fault). Did you get the error code of ignition coils while scanning? Gear ratio mismatch can be caused by worn bushes in the 6HP box. Soft bushes were an issue in this box, fixed in later boxes I believe. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
