BA engines are only good for a reliable 300+ but how far + depends on mods and condition of engine

Head studs just aren’t needed under 500rwkw so discard that idea of a mod ;)

Sweet I can live with 300 well I service my engine every 6k and only burnouts I do is if it rains and I’ll just lightly tap her without even boost half the time so she is very well looked after . So then besides valves springs and actuator what is a good idea I am moving close to the airport wich is my closest e85 pump so that will be my next mod if I got e85 would that be more effective and reliable than more boost

The drama with the BA turbo engines is the connecting rod (jet once described the as 'glass') so any mods you do you have to be aware of this limitation and have another engine available for when (not if) rodney pays you a visit. BFII onwards are a much better starting base. Make sure your tuner knows the limitations of a BA turbo engine and don't excced them.
