Its sad that the older I get, the more 'driveability' I want compared with that face melting boost hit. Maybe I should look at a Toureg

Not at all. Everyone has different wants and needs. You might not want to fry the tyres at stop sign 😛. The gtx3576 at 12-14psi is a good balance for not having to worry about traction or getting wider tyres.

You laugh at the Touareg. But I just bought a Passat r-line. It’s a good compromise of everything. Still have the falcon thou hahaha

Hahahaha hey ol mate I’ll do my best

I’ve just sent a complete new GTX G2 3576 to N.T for a customer who also is requesting little to no loss in spool time and obviously the ability to make some good top end numbers and that’s exactly what the 76 can do

on a TT it would literally make 20 psi @ 2750rpm no worries lol and that’s alot of mumbo

This sounds exactly what you will want @Draino and if so hit me up with a P.M and I’ll get you a better than RRP price on a complete unit with Genuine Garrett actuator and my spec new rear housing with a big 39mm port and Flapper including a full gasket kit, nut snd stud kit, silicone joiner upgrade kit all to suit a bolt on application ( obviously requires tuning to suit )

Alright take my money. What the best way to contact you?

It's a thing of beauty :) It has been sitting next to me on the floor, in the lounge, just so I can look at her (the wife vacuums around it) . I have the old turbo off and the Cat and dump pipe have arrived. I've Fitted the Walbro fuel pump and the PW stage one inter cooler while I've been waiting for parts, I went to Alice yesterday and got the "aircraft form a gasket number 3" for the oil return pipe and the turbo will be going in this week. After that I will be tackling the valve springs, injectors and coils.  I highly recommend talking to Aaron from JD Turbo, @jeturbo he not only got me the parts at a fantastic price, he has put up with me calling him at all hours of the day and nigh, 7 days a week and talked me through my whole build. I could not have got this far with out him.

Just remember you need a 4 inch intake. Maybe look at a turbo side. Jet maybe able to help with that. Relocate the battery to the passengers side.  May as well throw in a front mount intercooler as well. With that 76 you will have no lag issues.

Your parents loved you and thought hard about your name.

Us 'AA' Aarons, well our parents were just in a hurry and picked the first damn name in the book!
