Hks ssqv

Recommended Posts

Mods are plazmaman turoboside intake, relo and 1000hp cooler and tune.

Installed new hks sspv b/v. Not recirculating. Is it normal to have small dose with the b/v connected rather than just b/v being active. What can be done so only b/v goes off?

Cheers

there should be no noise from the BOV until the throttle plate is closed.

what's actually happening?

ssqv 4 adjustable? Both dose and b/o valve are definitely happening. Dose is a lot shorter than if standard blow off valve was blocked on both sides.picking because of the ssqv is also happening.

I can't believe I'm replying to this thread but here we are.   Is the valve ported correctly? the stock Bosch one looks like its plumbed backwards from factory.

Also, just googled what that thing looks like; god dam its a thot of a valve

Is it a genuine of a knock of ssqv? Pics

of install?

ssqv will flutter under very low load as long as there is vacuum and keep in mind they have 2 valves internally.

Hard to provide further detaisl because your post our post is a vague as it gets

Is it adjustable.  Sounds like spring pressure is to high.

Dose noise is spring pressure is to high. How much boost are you running.

Internet search indicates that BOV will be cop bait...
