I have just purchased a ba Ute. The previous owner had the radio disabled by ford and I can’t work out how to get it back on. I have checked to see if all the plugs were connected to the icc - underneath it the four plugs are all connected, in the fuse box near the steering wheel the plug to ‘amp’ a 20a one was missing so I put that in but still nothing. I can’t work out how it’s been disabled... is there another plug somewhere or something? The unit has power and the aircon etc is all displayed, just the clock is blinking 12:00 and no stereo at all. I found a sticker inside near the icc that states; ‘The audio unit and digital clock in this interior command centre has been disabled. Please refer to ford product information letter 63/03’ I have tried to google that but nothing came up. Please help! TIA

I will take it to ford if no one here has any solutions. It isn’t asking for a code on the display. It just doesn’t have radio/audio and the clock can’t be set. Everything else is working
