Map reading lights not working

Hey guys I got a couple problems

I have an 03 ba xr6t..

 

1) the map reading lights dont work but every other interior light works? Just wondering if anyone has had the same problem?

 

2) when I unlock the Drivers door every other door stays locked until I open a door from the inside.  Once ive opened a door from the inside I can open every door from the outside..   anyone had this problem?

1) it's likely the power connector is not seated properly as it's a single one for the two bulbs.

2) that's a setting in the car. if you read the owners manual, there's some instructions on how to revert this back to a single press of the FOB to unlock all doors. As it stands, you press unlock twice and it'll unlock all of the doors.
