I will be running 2 460s in a surge tank on e85 and tuner is a bit worried if one of them fails! I also have a Turbosmart fpr1200 which he is concerned about. Having them staged will rule out issues with the fpr, but I don't know if it would be an issue in the first place with a reg that size, even with both pumps running. I wouldn't worry about a pump failing as this can happen anyway. You can build in redundancy but it's not something you would do with a street car. For exact numbers etc I'll tag @JETURBO.
