Hi guys I recently had my xr6 turbo fixed by insurance roo damage it came out of the repairer not working like it was it has no horn no cruise control radio volume on steering wheel not working heater is stuck on and no air on I think it's because they jump started it a few times has anyone got some idea and how much it would cost

it will cost you nothing; assuming you don't consider your extra time spent as a cost.

 

take it back saying that it's in an unacceptable state.

surely you can prove that the cruise control doesn't work and the horn doesn't work and the steering wheel buttons don't work? they are all easy to demonstrate to them?

 

just be more forceful. mention the ombudsman, if necessary, as that generally gets people moving on small-ish things like this.

The insurer said take it to an outo electrician and if they can prove that jump starting it was the cause then ok iv taken it to two auto electrician now and they want nothing to do with it if insurance company's are involved

jump starting is very unlikely to have caused it.

 

just take it back to them saying "it came to you in this state, but you've given it back to me not in that state". Get your insurance company involved to kick them up the bum if necessary.
