Hi Guys

So the question is, I own a 2006 Ford turbo territory Ghia and the oil return from the turbo has had the bottom bolt stripped it is currently being held in by lock tight and not being driven as I am about to have it towed to my Dad my person retired mechanic :)  and he is going to fix this for me, but...………… the question is their anyway way we can get to the bolt out to hexibolt it without having to take the engine out as the engine has to come out from the bottom...…………...as ford have quoted me over $8,000 to do this and my dad does not have a hoist and my husband is away who is also a mechanic in the Army, so please guys any ideas or knowledge would be great as I love my Terry and he has been so good to us moving us all across Australia and I don't want to lose him.

helicoil it - it can be done with the engine in the vehicle. New gasket plus bolt plus loctite to suit the new helicoil.
