Anyone put a turbo in their n/a's ? If so, what else needed to be done, & how much did it set you back? And no I don't want to buy a turbo! Any help would be very much appreciated Edited 01/12/18 12:55 PM by Sooula98

If you can afford to turbo an na car properly, you can afford a fg turbo. I know that's not what you want to hear but it's the best advice you could be given. You'll spend $10k doing it up and it still won't be as good as a factory turbo car. Here's a couple of links to get you started; Intercooler https://plazmaman.com/product-category/intercooler-kits/ford-falcon-fg-intercooler-kits/ Turbo https://gcg.com.au/oem-turbochargers?virtuemart_category_id=0&keyword=Fg&limitstart=0&option=com_virtuemart&view=category Injectors https://m.ebay.com/sch/I.html/search/I.html?kw=Fg injector dynamics Exhaust https://www.ebay.com/itm/Venom-FG-FGX-Turbo-Sedan-Turbo-Back-Exhaust-Falcon-XR6-FPV-F6-FORCE6-BARRA/262466481624?epid=1272752269&hash=item3d1c38add8:g:L7AAAOSwmtJXUS8s You'll need a few more bits and pieces such as a service hand turbo manifold and heat shielding, fuel pump, valve springs, turbo oil and water lines, modified block for turbo return, turbo intake, tune and probably more I can't think of this early. If you can legally drive a turbo car at your age in your state, it won't be roadworthy as a turbo so you'll need to get it inspected and passed. You'll also need to update your insurance otherwise it'll be invalid. Or...you can just buy a turbo car when the time is right.
