They're bigger rotors than standard, 322mm front and 328mm rear by memory. Calipers are basically the same just using a different mounting bracket to move the calipers to fit the bigger rotors.
Think you get buy the brackets on eBay?

Decent set of pads with T3 rotors will help.

Yep, as above^

If you are on a budget remsa brake pads (ebay) are good and I have had good luck with this brand 322mm rotors.

Can I get a the mounting bracket off of thebf2 as well or won’t it fit?  So more so out of curiosity how much would a completely new set up cost and how does it stack up against this option?  Thanks again.

To go from 298 to 322 fronts you can use brackets from BF or FG XR6T or XR8. Caliper itself is the same so you can reuse yours. You can't use Territory brackets as the mounting points are different.

To go to 328 rear grab a set of Territory rear calipers with brackets. The actual calipers are different so can't reuse your existing rears. Might need to trim the backing plates.

Get decent pads and rotors - these will make the most difference.
