Thread is 10mm x 1.25, but maybe 1.5 pitch. You need to check. 3 nuts are easy to get to. The hard one is near the actuator. Well is for me anyrate. Dont need write up, its simple. Just try ever combination of spanners and sockets with UNi joint etc to get them off. Maybe even install 4 new studs. Then throw on these. No more loose nuts.
