obviously "ftel now/go" won't be enough to record stuff, unless you want to stuff about with a screen recorder while running the app, so you'll need a full ftel box installled for doing that well.

I've got a bad habit of nodding off in the final laps of some of the late night/early morning races.

 

It's very handy to watch the end of the race when I wake up in the morning rather than getting the result spoiled while waiting for a replay.

hi def screen capture card or software would be optional but that wont be yet as im only running on my M17x

yeah, and I'm pretty sure you can only log in once on the app (but you can have multiple devices using the app simultaneously and a few more devices registered for use, depending on your package from ftel) so you can only record one thing at a time that way. With IQ3 you can record 3 things simultaneously while watching a 4th thing.
