Links don't work on tapatalk. Will have to go find it on safari.

There's 2 mins of my life I won't get back.. so other then that being useless from what I gather he said a 044 can't go past 400kw or something??? Still don't see how that's a decent reason, I mean I wouldn't run a car with a single 044 at 400kw if it was for a customer I'm all for sending sh*t to its limit and beyond so if it was my car I'd send it but I'm the one on the laptop so I get the sh*t when it melts stuff. Still I mean we will just sit here say he is sh*t while pretending we are better tuners and haven't even picked up a laptop a tuned a car...

Just for next time, if you have an iPhone, click on the link, on the bottom right there's a safari logo, click on that and it will open up the link in safari straight away, still new to the whole performance aspect so that's all I have to say

It's nice to know we made the right guess on the GTW3884R turbo haha.

So it's this setup ->

https://www.turbobygarrett.com/turbobygarrett/turbochargers/gtw3884r

Super Core Part Number: 841691-5005S (water cooled as per the video showing water lines to the turbo)

CHRA Part Number: 757197-0014

Compressor Inducer: 67mm

Compressor Exducer: 84mm

Compressor Trim: 64

Compressor A/R: 0.70

Turbine Inducer: 74mm

Turbine Exducer: 65mm

Turbine Trim: 76

Turbine A/R: 1.32 (from the video - looks like this GCG product -> linky)

Haha, agreed! :spoton:

The worst part:

May I ask why you didn't put forged internals into it?

Lowering the comp ratio on a turbo engine is only to allow detonation free tuning on a specific fuel that is prone to knock. If you are using E85 then leave it as is, compression and turbos are are good combo.

That question and answer are not even related haha
