The larger AR exhaust housings will make more top end power more easily. Smaller ratio housing will spool quicker, even then the housings from Garrett/Precision/BW etc behave differently. Clutch depends on how you drive. I had no issues with upto 400rwkw with stock clutch for 2 years.
