The precisions compressor map will be more horny, GTX less horny

That's what I would have said. It will have a giant horn on top and stretch out to the 95lb mark or so. I think...

Hmm interesting

I think it's still the pick (6235) if budget isn't an issue, especially after seeking Luke's car.

Ok so car is back on the road. Mamba exhaust housing had a bit more porting and now it's not boosting over 18psi at 6500rpm :bliss:.... And much lower boost thoughout the whole rev range.

I ended up buying a carbide grinding piece and doing it myself. I created a channel internally so the air was directed at the wastegate flappy instead of having to turn a corner .Picture to follow shortly but I got the inspiration from here http://www.bellengineering.net/article_info.php?articles_id=273

Hopefully you had enough meat on the mamba rear housing to achieve that result without it now cracking, many people have a go at "boaring" out rear housings to lift overall area and hit the thin walls already cast to a minimum thickness due to costs in production

if it splits you'll know where you went wrong at least :dancing:

Function over form I reckon.

If it works how you want it to then it's all good.

Try turning it down to gate pressure and see how good it works.

Feels a bit slow. Need to get it retuned as wastegate duty cycles were setup for the poor flow situation. Now it has better wastegate flow it feels laggy at the moment.

Yeah I was trying to be careful of only doing the channel in what appears to be the much thicker casting areas. But I guess time will tell.
