it MUST be the same

your motherboard will only support DDR3 if that is what is in it now

also make sure it is the same MHz      eg: 1600 MHz

usually there will be a sticker on the RAM module giving you this info

here is the specs for your motherboard:

4 x DDR3 DIMM sockets supporting up to 32 GB of system memory
* Due to a Windows 32-bit operating system limitation, when more than 4 GB of physical memory is installed, the actual memory size displayed will be less than the size of the physical memory installed.

Dual channel memory architecture

Support for DDR3 3200(O.C.) / 3100(O.C.) / 3000(O.C.) / 2933(O.C.) / 2800(O.C.) / 2666(O.C.) / 2600(O.C.) / 2500(O.C.) / 2400(O.C.) / 2200(O.C.) / 2133(O.C.) / 2000(O.C.) / 1866(O.C.) / 1800(O.C.) / 1600 / 1333 MHz memory modules

Support for non-ECC memory modules

ebay is your friend

you should be able to find a cheap one there

@Admin (as if)

if you still have the motherboard CD you can load up "easy tune" or download it  HERE and do a auto overclock of the CPU which is a very safe bet not to cook anything

The auto OC motherboard software always errs on the conservative side of things

Picked up a free server from Mrs BCB's workplace
Pristine Dell T320
Came with 4 HDD's
Loaded Windows server 2019 and now using it as a Plex media server
Been keeping an eye on the power usage
Uses 84 Kw per hour, so not to hungry
A bit more than my Qnap Nas box but the thing it can do is transcode on the fly whereas my Nas box can't
