Thought id make a post about my car.

ba xr6t.

fg f6 bottom end

billet oil pump gears

crow valve springs

2000cc injectors

billet rail

fpr1200

surge tank with twin 044s

intercooler

fg plenum

66mm wheel with 0.7 cover

external gate

3.5" exhaust

Tuned by Dynomite performance, makes about 440rwkw on e85. Has a 2speed powerglide and has run a best of 10.3@134mph.

What was the cost with the f6 vs forged ba bottom end.

Yeah that's what I thought

I always wondered why the 2/3speeds are a common conversion in 10 second cars when the zf is equally capable

Not to take anything away from OPs ride cause I think its rad

Recently made a few changes to the car. Now running a gtx4202 turbo, 6boost manifold, 60mm external gate, jonny tig 1800hp intercooler, walbro 460, surge tank with twin 044s, fpr1200, billet rail, 2000cc injectors, 4" into 3.5" exhaust, valve springs and billet oil pump gears.

 

Car made 495rwkw on e85 with a 2 speed powerglide. Tuned by Dyno-Mite Performance.

 

Previously had a 3582 with 66mm wheel, 0.7 cover and 44mm external gate. Made 430rwkw and ran 10.36@134mph. Sometime within the year I'll head out to the track and see how it all goes ?

@boosted_XR hi, did you have an external wastegate welded onto your stock turbine housing? Did it work out ok? Was it successful? I'm looking at doing it too to my fg housing, sounds like a tricky process, pre heating and post heating etc.

Was this including all the other goodies you mentioned above and only the turbo upgraded from this?
