Took it to mechanic today an he has told me that fuel pressure was all over the place and recommend changing fuel pump and fuel regulator. I will be replacing the fuel pump with a Walbro GSS340 as I plan to do future upgrades (exhaust,FMIC and tune) but I can't seem to find an alternative fuel pressure regulator, will the standard fuel pressure regulator handle 12psi or is there an alternative fuel pressure I can install? Thanks for any responses. Edited 04/11/15 07:12 AM by banoonie

His is fg so depends on what year the bf is not sure when they started to use the tank that's in the fg now.

banoonie New Member 2 Member For: 9y 7m 1d Gender: Male Posted 07/11/15 07:40 AM Author Share Posted 07/11/15 07:40 AM So I replaced the fuel pump with a walbro 400 and larger swirl pot unit and got a fuel pressure reg from Ford. Installing the fuel pump was hassle free, when I got to changing the fuel pressure reg I noticed that the genuine unit had 4.0 bar stamped into the side of it. Just thought I would let you guys know as I thought I read somewhere on here that standard unit where lower than that.
