My bank actually told me 'we tell the valuer what we want the place to be worth depending on whether we have met our targets for the month or not'

3x2 + study/extra living area + storage room
385sqm block
Double lock up garage
Wooden floorboards through entry, living/dining/kitchen area and hallway
Wooden decked alfresco
Large paved patio
Massive high ceilings
Ducted reverse cycle aircon to whole house + separate split system in master
Alarm
View to park with lake across the street

Needs painting and a new kitchen, new bathrooms etc eventually but it's plenty live-able for now. The glass mosaic is a bit...interesting, as are the terracotta walls...but that can all be fixed.

Coloured glass will be going. I think the place should come up nice with those gone and done up properly, new curtains and blinds, fresh paint, new carpets, new internal doors, and resurface the floorboards. Not all going to happen straight away, but should brighten the place up a bit. Eventually reno the kitchen, bathrooms and laundry and it'd be pretty mint I think.

It's about the size of 2+ garages. I haven't actually measured it fully, but it essentially goes from the garage to the back of the house. It's mint, makes it feels like an extension of the house when you walk out onto the alfresco and feels huge.

Only thing is that it tends to warm up a bit during the day in summer. Could minimise that by putting in some proper ceilng fans and some insulated panels later if I really wanted to...but for now, meh.

yer im jelly as feck

will prob feel a bit warm by the looks of it you may not get much air flow through there? if so yer chuck some fans up on the beams going across.

I think you could host a fordxr6turbo forum party out there
