Nice Steve whats all red stuff? or is it just the colour of dirt being in WA.

Earthworks costly?

This is costing me 18k including dirt removal approx 600T +. I should save a few $$$ because of local farmer taking about half.

Red stuff is the crushed bones of my enemies, laying them in the foundation of my war fortress. Earthworks costing about 30k including a run in trench about 70m for electric and phone. Fortress is about 300m2. Water tank base 11.5m in diameter. I was there filming when he pushed over the trees that were on the water tank spot. I liked those trees so it was a sad sight...but an impressive machine. He asked me "Wasn't that much better than fixing computers?" which I had to agree with.

Five acres of land, about ten minutes up the hill from Midland, away from the riff raff. Even less of a drive to where Peter Brock had his final race actually.

my parents bought a 5 acres with a house on it when I was 17 (just a couple of years ago)

first thing I did was mark out a circuit with my motocross bike (CR 125)

I must have drove my parents nuts going round for hours, only stopping to refuel !!!!!

neighbors must have been happy when I moved back into town to my own place about 6 months later.

Very nice reno's Garden area look lash mate.

living in the tropics is garden heaven for those that enjoy it (my wife looks after that side of things, I just do the heavy lifting)

you just need to put down some good soil, chuck in some plants, and the wet season looks after the rest.

Edit: BTW, we started off looking at the classic kidney shaped pool, ended up with this (so glad we explored other options)

This is my old place I love my garden spent $$$ and many hours to get it right. Also like my lights, lighting makes a big difference to the look of a house/garden.

Yes the right side is mine too.
