Hi

Im looking at buying the stage 2.2 performance kit from process west.its costs $2250.I was wondering how much would this increase power by on a stock bf xr6turbo? I will obviously look at a tune straight after..I would like to make around 300..would I need bigger injectors? Or any other mods to run this kit? Apparently an actuator is a good idea.....not too sure.and if I get injectors, which ones would I have to get?

I have a full straight through exhaust..do I really need a high flow cat?couldnt imagine they would do much...

Any help would be awesome..thanks ???

Hahaha just the usual forum response. Lol. Please do not look up cop chip.

Cooler, injectors, fuel pump, cat back exhaust, actuator should get you up to 300. If you know where you are going to get it tuned maybe have a chat with them and see what direction they point you in have a step back ask a few more questions and make a decision on what path you want to go down. What State are you in and what tuner are you thinking of getting to do the work?

Confirm with Rob...when you say "straight through exhaust" does that mean you removed cat and replaced both mufflers with hot dogs or straight pipe? (Would be loud as f*ck if so). Would probably overboost as well if dump/cat has been altered.

If you get a tune the injectors are definitely worth it....didnt think stock ones would go into the 300 zone? Rob will tell you to go with their 1000cc injectors....just in case you want more power down the track (and think they can get the car to idle better with those vs. The deka injectors).

And didnt realise actuator was needed....again Rob will know

Was about to post the same tip. Discuss it with your tuner and they will tell you what you need for your goals.

No way stock injectors on a B series will go 300. I have 42lb Bosch "Green Top" 968 injectors and they top out around 330rwkw. Stock ones are like 29lb or something according to a quick google. Think they finish up about 260rwkw IIRC?
