The thing I like the most about it is the fact that it did not contribute to Gates being the greediest person on earth (last count, 79 billion)and its not so hard to use.I installed it as an experiment to see if an average person like myself could understand it and use it as easy as windows.It only took me one weekend to come to terms with it, and even managed to tether my phone and use it as a wireless hot spot first day in.Give it a go, what could possibly go wrong? 2 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

If you get steam on there, you will have some sort of small list of games.Ubuntu desktop edition is the easiest of the bunch to get up and running.Don't bother with the server edition of the LAMP edition. it is command prompt based.What do you plan to do with it Jet? install a program to do some tuning?
