Intermittant P1132 Code

for the past few months I've had then engine light come on intermittently with the p1132 code. can clear it with the x3, stays off for a couple of days then comes back. once tank is empty enough to need a re-fuel, it doesnt come back, sometimes takes 4-5 tanks before I see the code again (1 tank = 9 days)

thing is driving me insane and cant think of what it would be. car was tuned when I bought it just under 2 years ago, has hi-flow cat, walbro pump, f6 cooler, k&n pod and the bosch 42lb injectors (I believe). any hints or tips on this that I could use?

bit more info - car was tuned in melbourne by previous owner, now in adelaide, not sure on who the tuner was.

only runs on bp98 and use the same servo for fill up everytime

Edit: car is the BF MKii. only running 250 at rears.
