Step 1) probably a aftermarket computer.

Step 2) a whole lot of headaches as the newer engine will need to comply with whatever the emissions/pollution control the engine complied with at time of manufacture.

Step 3) profit (southpark fans need only apply)

Whats the engine going in???

Me personally id turbo a old school engine, or the biggest engine that was optioned for the car in question. Older engines are easy to engineer, comply with emissions, and no custom engine mounts or sumps to worry about.

But a bit more info may sway my decision. I supercharged my clevo, if I had my time again id TT it. But I definately wouldn't ever remove the cleveland and drop a barra 6 or a supercharged coyote in its place.
