Tried to do as much research as I can but most people seem to only do billet upgrades on the 3582 but I can't afford my gearbox to let go on me so not looking for a bigger turbo. So from what I've read kinugawa and kts seem to be too good brands who make billet wheels. I will probably get MTQ or Precision turbos to put everything together and rear housing modsI'm after spool/response over outright power so from what I've read the 6+6 seems like a better option than an 11 blade wheel. Now the thing im confused about is what size wheel I would be looking atDoes anyone have the specs on the gt 3576 wheel? Just not sure how the exducer on all the billet wheels can be so much bigger than the GTX exducer, yet the inducers are smaller? Will the bigger exducer fit in my factory compressor housing after its machined? Appreciate any info and helpCheers,Jono Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/88892-going-to-bite-the-billet/ Share on other sites

Kinda regretting going to a bigger turbo. The spool from the standard turbo is brilliant Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/88892-going-to-bite-the-billet/#findComment-1490912 Share on other sites

That would give you an each way bet mate and you could sell the original one and it would owe you under a grand. I honestly think you'll kill it unless you put a new CHRA in it. Know of a few up here that did the E85 thing with stock little huffer and they croaked pretty quickly. I'd just hate to see you spend like $600 - $800 with a new wheel and VSR balance (with old core) only to see it go pop quickly. Bellato Donating Members 2,713 Member For: 14y 9m Posted 07/08/14 09:20 AM Author Share Posted 07/08/14 09:20 AM I've emailed both MTQ and Precision. MTQ is a few hundred $$ cheaper but they don't supply a wheel so up to me to do that (still works out $200 or so cheaper). Whereas precision don't supply a wheel but Johns email was quite blunt which wasn't really enticing from a customer service point of viewNot going e85 any time soon bomber and wouldn't be smashing boost either, just looking at upgrading to a 4" dump and 3.5" catback so need rear housing mods so for the extra coin might aswell upgrade because im looking at about $1000 for an extra 30rwkwish. Also the turbo is 60,000kms old (bought one) whereas my current turbo is 110,000kms so wouldn't be game to do it to my current one. If I could get the gtx for $1350 then I would be buying that without a doubt, then could sell the 2 turbo's I have now and recover some coin anyway 1 Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/88892-going-to-bite-the-billet/#findComment-1490982 Share on other sites
