Still in Newy yeah.

How much vapour does a vented can catch? Will it smell oily?

The catch can I run at the moment on the vent only is there for looks really and does nothing.

Would need to invest in a quality catch can to pull a vacuum through I would assume

Depends where you put it.
Avoid the AC inlet and you'll be ok.

Too much effort and space to make a decent flowing plumbed back setup in my opinion.

Plumbing back to the intake will help to avoid canaries (Dept of Transport pit inspections) and smell through the cabin vent system. Do it right, do it once...

Kinda exactly my point. Effort and dollars are not my friend right now.

Option 1 is tee it all back into the inlet manifold. Kinda easy.

Option 2. Vent it straight into my dodgy little catch can in my airbox and keep an eye on it

Xr6td do a bolt in can that’s about 200 bones that vents back to the intake and mounts up in the engine bay nicely.

that's an an option if it’s affordable

In a single word it was sh*t lol. The outside was hacked with a flap wheel and looked like crap. Spend an hour sanding it then painted it black and it looks good now.

The dags plus imperfections on the inside were bad as well. Took 15 min to clean up. Ok now though

I complained to him and he refunded me 100 bucks.

Gaz you’re probably unaware but that heap of snot plenum is made right here in SA and it’s been mentioned a few times on this forum as the “bashed up tin can” plenum

honestly mate it’s a donkey and the gain claims aren’t there imho and other plenums are vastly better from all angles and you really should of gone for a branded item or a FG turbo plenum for similar money

just sayn

Searched for it and never found anything but I'm sure it has come up.

Like I said it looks good now I've fiddled with it and for $440 bucks I couldn't do the Fg swap for that. Looked for a Fg for a while and 650 was the best I found without a rail.

As for the gains I find it hard to be worse then a stock top section
