They seem to be pretty standardized

Except I've owned 3

The first one worked very well but I gave it to my brother

Second one was a dud

Third one works but I occasionally have to reset it

WOW guys appreciate all the replys :)
iv been in Bali for the past few weeks so soz I havent replied..

Iv got mine pretty much setup with a multi screen like the others and have had a pretty quick play a few days ago..

My adapter seems pretty decent with minimal lag.. I have 1 screen as a huge boost gauge which is what id like to see without a gauge install :D

Intake temps seemed to be about 30deg in city cycle and about 25 on hwy.. although wasnt really a cold day so id expect that to drop a fair bit..

Im also running across the block with intake so I guess that'l be never as super low as straight from hotside..

Ill sus it out a bit more and see what I can come up with soonly :) cheers

I plug in my Xcal ev few thou Ks or so and check from there so I guess I can do it from here now :)
I actually wish the dongle fitted with the fuse cover trim thing so it didnt have to be dismantled but also as said it needs to be taken off as light is still on when

car is off so its draining batt of some sort no doubt :(

I got the same one gun808 ! Just waiting for it in the post. What a bummer it doesn't fit behind the panel cover, I thought the size of this unit would have just fit... But you raise a good point of it draining the battery if left in constantly.

The battery drain is avoided if you get one that auto off's after a while like the one I mentioned a few posts back.

I have ordered one so will report back when it arrives.

As for the dongle not fitting behind the fuse cover, im 95% sure you can simply release the obd port ( held in by a tab each side) and push it back a little, even let it hang down. This will gain the room you need to leave it hooked up if you particular model auto off's.

Mine says it's auto off, but I noticed a slight drain after a few months, and it's slim enough to be able to fit the cover back on, going to wire in a relay to switch off the constant power when the ignition is off

Hey guys in fgs

The obd2 port can be pushed back as its held in by clips

Tuck it with the dongle up and above the trim and it will sit there perfectly

Mine always stays on and have never drained the battery even after 2 weeks of sitting around not being started

Exactly what hawlass and mattyp said. There are some clips that hold the obd port in. Squeeze the clips and the port slides back. I have my mx bluetooth dongle hidden nice and snug.

:)
