He got a local upholsterer to fix it and it looks like factory. He replaced the whole leather piece (it's actually not leather to begin with) with better material and it only cost him $100. Base Springs repaired and new foam added, both back and side bolsters replaced and reshaped out of stiffer foam, two cracks in the frame welded up and pilling removed fron the suede. Thought it would be plastic broken but if Ralph had a couple spots that needed welding, maybe I should get mine looked at by the same bloke.
