No one is disputing they spool up quickly (most 6+6 wheels do) the issue is top end flow....

Seen an FG F6 with high mount tuned length exhaust manifold make 480 @ 23 psi this week.

Also an FG Ute in Melbourne needed 31.5 psi to make 515 rwkws....

I think every one was expecting the 6466 to go mid 9's and 600 with ease but to be honest I didn't think the 6235 would nearly go 140mph.

Nope 6466 has gone 9.2 at 150mph so the GTX is behind....Gen2 is 7 blade not 6 also Webster.

I never have bought into this number on paper business prefer the track to show the power.....call me old school if you like.

Good to see the GTX is quicker than a MTA900 though which has a larger turbine/comp wheel than the GTX and is also larger than the 6466 ;)

I'm optimistic with my setup running well into the singles when it only took 17psi from a GTX to run the 10.9 and over 130mph quite a few times(390rwkw 8F from SA)

I think 10 secs point is aimed at non race cars Karl.

Also I did a 10.6 on 17 psi so I win.

CMS900 has gone quicker then a gtx already penut and will go a lot quicker very soon.

I'm sure if simon strapped a cms900 on he'd be flat 9s or even high 8s....

Also lets not forget there's over 70+cars with a gtx on and only one 9 sec pass.

There 6 cars with mta900s and they theres been three 9 sec passes.

Point is these 6466s that are rated to 930 externally gated and 960 internally gated should be re rated to 800 and 830 repesticvly.
