is that with synthetic oil or mineral?

Does it include checking the turbo bolts?

Does it cover coolant and brake fluid when they are required?

Is that a fixed price for every service whether or not the air filter, fuel filter require replacement?

Like like to know how the others operate :)

Dealer's choice on the oil, supposed to be everything listed in the owners manual, fluids & consumables extra as required, each service type (minor/major) is different.

You can get the prices off the Ford website I think. Also includes (or used to) 12 months roadside assistance.

sh*tted me off when they brought it in as I was then paying more - previous special mates rates deals no longer available even if you didn't want the roadside assistance.

Well I got my car from a Expensive Daewoo dealer in Sydney

And they have done a capped service deal with the car for $220?

So I am wondering if they are going to change there mind when I take it

In on Friday ... And if so can they do that??

Kind of a grey area...

Ask them before you take it in, also check what they have done before you hand over the cash

Mick,

If they stamp the logbook does that mean that the person who stamped/signed it stating that all the items on the list were done?

Coz not many dealers/franchises do turbo or manifold bolts.

That's what I paid for the 30000k one Mick.. In the invoice it said tighten turbo and exhaust manifold bolts.. They use castrol at David Nutter 15w40...

Actually service at David Nutter was great.. Car was in at 8 am and done by 12pm like they said..

Will take a pic of the whole invoice and put it up for you.

Although it would not appear to be so if you believe everything you read about them on the forums but most dealerships can be good.

It's just interesting to know prices as we charge under $300 for the A service on a turbo which includes the Castrol Edge full synthetic oil and doing the turbo and exhaust manifold bolts

That's what 1 would assume, I think most ford dealerships would check the turbo and exhaust manifold bolts, but most other people are probably not even aware of it.

My last service cost $90 and was only oil and filter change. So I do it myself now
