Hi on a BA xr6t sedan.

Ok goes like this, all new bush's, and rose joints (all 6) spring seats etc. (shocks and springs still original though0

going over hard bumps theres a very noticable loud clunk/knock/clunk/knock etc,

ive been under it checked everything and all seems good and fine (only 3000k's since replaceing it all)

could it be the drive/half shafts? as they goe allot of play in em (replaceing them soon)

what else could it be? shocks? the stabaliser bar/s are fine/new

doing my head in!!

Rear wheel bearings? I think I had wandering arse end when one of mine was shot but it was wet too at the time so not conclusive. Easy to rule out anyway, jack up and wobble. Wheel align shop didn't manage to find this for me only a month prior...

rear wheel bearing's seem ok but changing them at same time a cv shafts

Ok, cheked it over again, could it be the sh*tty rubber control blade bush's I used? they were very soft compared to the factory ones,

As this noise only happens when hiting bumps (very loud bang) and at same time car wanders in the arse end. (also waders a bit othertimes)

Hi Hope you have fixed it but if not I’ve got something worth looking at.

If you have fitted a towbar have a look at the rear muffler and see if it’s not hitting the bolt of the towbar.

If so put a little nut in the holes of the rear exhorts mount and the zip tie the middle to stiffen up the rubber mount.

Let me know how you go.
