hi I have herd you can reset the vct sensors in a ba....by depressing the accelerator all the way for 10 seconds while cranking ...is this true?

from what I can gather its true.

Like you said 10 sec foot to the floor while cranking will reset the the vct sensors, though it must be followed by a burnout inc. uploaded vid. or it won't work.

It's a myth. There is no reset. The cam phasers are constantly moving and adjusting.

yeah ive herd that. also on some paper work that came with the car. theres a recipt from ford that's said reset cam phasers or vct ....what do they mean by that then?
