Share Posted 11/11/16 04:04 AM Posted 11/11/16 04:04 AM Share This is a BF 2.5, also called "BFII update". Wheels have gray painted recesses and the grey bodykit spears were added. This is a BF or a BF2 - no way to tell from the body kit, they are identical outside. Also they came with 17" rims standard as pictured (3 dimples on the end of each fat spoke), 18's were always an optional extra. Only FPVs got 18's minimum.
Share Posted 11/11/16 04:12 AM Posted 11/11/16 04:12 AM Share If yours is 2007 it's definitely a BF II, not a BA II. People have covered most of the differences. Also colour can be a dead give away if you know your colours well enough.

Share Posted 15/06/20 09:31 AM Posted 15/06/20 09:31 AM Share What about engine differences? I have a ba with apparently a bf engine how do I confirm with out checking engine number? Cheers
Share Posted 15/06/20 12:11 PM Posted 15/06/20 12:11 PM Share take the head off and inspect the pistons... or just check the engine number haha although I'm pretty sure all Barra's with the smaller oil filter are the better motors (Z256 (or whatever the number is) instead of a Z9).
