Hey guys I have done a handful of diff bushes on BA's, BF's, Territory's using a few different kits from Nolothane to superpro and superpro comfort. I have always had a bit of a hard time getting the two outer bushes in place. I have tried using threaded rod and washers, soft hammers, copper hamers etc etc. Just interested to see what methods others use and if there is an easier way etc

What size threaded rod are you using to pull them in? The larger the rod, The more force it can produce and the easier they are to pull in

Sorry. Couldn't help myself.

The nolathane rep came into my work last week and said in the next two weeks they will be releasing a new set of easy fit diff bushes in a kit.

He showed me the new design and material

And it looks to be the goods!

The new easy fit stuff wont need to be pressed in!! Definitely pricked my ear.
