Hi all,

Had heard from a few people that this is a worthy upgrade..

Would anyone be able to give me a rundown on what is required to upgrade the rears?

My rear rotors and pads need replacing anyway so I think it's time now..

Thanks

Just about to install my territory rears this weekend. Bought second hand calipers for $200, some rda slotted rotors, ferodo pads and braided lines. Should be able to get out of it for under $500. Didn't go brembos because I still want to be able to run 17s for the 1/4.

Cool thanks mate. I don't want to do all brakes. And certainly wouldn't do brembos for just the rear. I'll keep an eye out for parts

Can someone confirm the correct hat height when using the terry calipers. 51mm or 58.5mm?

So is this a fairly straight forward swap?

Got an fg with 303mm (pretty sure) so will all bolts and different brake lines fit in? Any trimming or modifications needed to make it a direct swap? And will the 25mm plus ventilation of the rear brakes be a big difference to the stock xr6t ones?

Im just thinking whether its worth it (plus the extra cost of the dba t3's)? Im keen if its worth it coz gunna do the fronts anyways...or should I not bother and just get t3s front, braided lines all round and good pads all round and stuff the extra 550 odd bux?

Any advice appreciated

Anybody????

Does the rears even do much difference? I always thought front did most stopping, but what sort of ratio? 70/30? 80/20?

Is territory rear brakes the same as bf mkII? And fg mkII has the same rears? Why did they put ba-bf rears on fg?

Cheers for that :)

so that's the only modification needed yeah? the caliper bolts are all the same size and line up?

did you notice any difference? my cars only used for daily driving duties (no track) so Im still undecided whether I should even bother.

Maybe its only really good for aesthetics...
