Any tips for cleaning a matte vinyl wrapped car? What products are safe to use on it etc. Guessing taking it to the local car wash and using the brush wouldnt be the best idea.

Brushes at car washes are always a big no-no.

My folks have their F6's bonnet wrapped in some crappy carbon print, and all they ever do is wash it normally (re: hand wash with cloth or touchless car wash) with regular car wash liquid and it looks fine. I'm fairly certain most vinyl wraps for cars are made to be washed without any special chemicals. It's matte-ish enough for me to draw similarities, but yeah, getting brushes/bristles near vinyl wrap or just regular paint is not recommended.

I just used some cheapy stuff my father in law gave me so it wasn't great on the corners but I would imagine the proper 3M is designed to be pushed and pulled with heat.

All in all not a bad job.

I just wanted to cover up the silver accents in the interior. It already has black leather so didn't need much.

First pic is before, the others are the result.

I didn't use a heat gun, just a hair dryer with a heat facility.

Seal with nail polish clear coat.

Picked up this tip from supplier and installer.

Was having trouble with holding tight curves on door handles until I sealed edge with nail polish.

Picked it up from the $2 shop.

Spot on!
