From reading online whether you turbo or charge it its hit and miss about engine and gearbox supporting the power.. Some say turbos are harsher on the engine.. But plenty have blown a trans with a supercharger.. Either way mate she's plenty of car if you're driving it daily.. Hope you keep the same passion with it you had for the turbo fords.. I know everyone is different.. But I'm not sure whether mine needs a decent tune or what but auto + cam isn't a great combo.. Sounds nice.. Drives okay.. Idles like hell at traffic lights.. Almost tempted to bump it in neutral to stop my teeth shaking out..Seen plenty of these cars making mint power on boost with stock cam..Food for thought anyway.. I will just run big blower and low boost and tune for 400 - 450rwkw. Or whatever the tuner thinks wont kill the box. I am auto My friend just sold VE with blower and now is putting it on his VF HSV.
