Getting home to my own house, bed and dog :)  Taxi driver running over a dog on the way to the airport in Bali this morning definitely made me feel less good though... :tear2:

There's so many dogs running loose over there hey - they cruise the streets in packs. The driver had tried to avoid them all, then this little one just walked straight out in front of the tyre.

Wmmfgt?!

I suggested that we have chicken parmy for dinner tonight and so I got the chicken out of the freezer yesterday.

The missus made it up and she smashed it out of the park. She reckoned she fluked it but it was damn good. :happyfriends:

it is one of the easier things to make, isnt it? hence why every pub in Australia specialises in making one, don't they? :stirthepot:

Yeah man it's pretty easy. It's a little time consuming though.

We actually discussed what it would have been like going to the pub for dinner.

We concluded that it's better to stay home and spend about $20 to serve 6 of us than to pay over $100 to chase the bloody kids around all night.
