That sucks. I reversed my car into a pole in my backyard a couple of years ago. It barely scraped the rear guard but enough to get through to the primer.
Funny thing is the reverse sensor was going off and I couldn't see anything so I was like wtf is going on...then I touched it.
 
Not as bad as yours though mate.
Yeah annoying how a couple of seconds can cause such a pain! Oh well, bit of paint damage isn't the worst thing that can happen in life by a long shot.

I've got a decent panel beater I know and also might get a quote from a mobile place. If the hole can be filled then the paint repair would actually be pretty minor.

some stupid dero/homeless looking old bastard backed into the passenger side rear at the supermarket today in his unroadworthy sh*t box

reason.....your car is dark mate

thankfully only some paint from his car and a small chip on the guard was the result

his paint should come off with clay bar

the chip is only the size of my pinky finger nail but still a piss off

no dent so that's a bonus
