Whenever I go to use the muscles that you use to take a big crap, give the misses a thrust or take a firehose piss - they spasm and I go into cramp mode Then it's gone and I'm ok. Started 2 nights ago when I went to sit up from the recliner - huge cramp/spasm every time I tried to move - was stuck in the "planking" position for about 20 mins. Eventually was able to roll over, get up and stand and it was all OK. Since then, randomly, if I use those muscles just above the pubes I'm straight back to the dead straight, stretching position riding it out til it subsides and I can maneuver out of it.
